Job summary

ShieldPro Protection is looking for a skilled Handyman based in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. The successful candidate will perform a variety of maintenance, repair, and construction tasks, utilizing skills in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.

This full-time position requires a physically fit individual with excellent problem-solving abilities. Starting salary is $1400 per month with growth potential. Familiarity with tools and fluency in English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a handyman or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English preferred.
• Biometric passport preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing appliances and changing light bulbs.

The Handyman will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to maintenance, repair and construction in the city of Al Ahmadi. They will be expected to have a wide range of skills including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting and general handyman tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role and possess strong problem‑solving abilities. This is a physically demanding job that may require lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions. A biometric passport is preferred but not required. Fluency in English is also preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing appliances, changing light bulbs and fixing leaky faucets.
• Conduct repairs for minor issues such as broken locks or hinges.
• Install new fixtures or equipment as needed.
• Handle basic electrical work such as changing outlets or light switches.
• Paint walls and perform other small touch‑ups as needed.
• Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner.
• Keep track of inventory and ensure all necessary tools and supplies are available.
• Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide satisfactory solutions.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.

Salary

Starting salary for this position is $1400 per month with potential for growth based on performance.
