Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat malocclusions (bad bites) using braces or other orthodontic appliances.
• Use digital imaging technology to assess patient’s teeth.
• Monitor patient’s progress throughout treatment period.
• Take impressions of the teeth for study models.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, nutrition, and other preventive dental care.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in dentistry or equivalent qualifications from an accredited dental school is essential.
• At least one year of experience as an Orthodontist is preferred but not required.
• Must be licensed to practice orthodontics in Al-Kuwait or be willing to obtain a license if foreign nationals apply for the position.
