Job Summary

The role will significantly support timely vehicle ordering, accurate sales data submission, and streamlined reporting for management decision-making.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to consolidate monthly and quarterly vehicle forecasts.
  • Prepare and submit detailed vehicle specification files to internal teams.
  • Track and monitor vehicle orders from placement to arrival.
  • Coordinate with logistics and clearance teams for timely delivery and registration.
  • Ensure that all ordered vehicles comply with the agreed-upon specifications.
  • Maintain and update daily sales records of new vehicles.
  • Submit sold units to the dealership management system accurately and promptly.
  • Prepare and distribute daily stock reports to management.
  • Reconcile sales reports with physical stock and dealer inventory systems.
  • Follow up with suppliers and clearance agents for pending documentation or shipment issues.
  • Maintain records of all vehicle orders, invoices, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and finance teams for promotional stock and pricing details.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements.
  • Participate in regular inventory checks and assist during audits.
  • Suggest improvements to streamline ordering and reporting workflows.
  • Support the implementation of new systems or tools for better efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience in automotive ordering, logistics, or sales operations preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, ERP/Dealer Management Systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
