As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving project success, ensuring on-time delivery, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet business objectives.   • Lead and manage Oracle-based projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including government officials, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Provide expertise in Oracle solutions, ensuring that the projects meet the client’s needs and government regulations.
  • Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met, managing budgets and timelines.
  • Conduct risk management and problem-solving to address project challenges.
  • Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and executive summaries to key stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor junior project managers and team members.
Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in Oracle Project Management, with at least 5 years working directly with government clients or in the public sector.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
