Job Description

The Optometrist will be responsible for providing comprehensive eye care services to patients, including assessing vision and prescribing appropriate eyewear. The Optometrist will also be responsible for working with optical technicians to ensure that the patient is fitted with the proper lenses and frames. Other duties may include providing advice on contact lenses, conducting pre/post-operative care after cataract or laser surgery, and educating patients about overall eye health.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Optometry or related field
• Minimum two years of work experience as an Optometrist
• Ability to use various instruments and equipment for eye examinations
• Excellent communication skills with both patients and staff
• Knowledge of the latest developments in ocular science
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary & Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a salary of 1000 KD per month plus benefits such as medical insurance, vacation days, transportation allowance, etc.
