MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• Retail Store Operations Experience
• Experience in Hypermarket environment preferred
• Knowledge of Financial Operations and processes

JOB PROFILE:

• Participate in formulation and achievement of the organization’s strategic goals
• Prepare, review, establish, and implement plans and budgets
• Manage operations to ensure efficiency of all employees
• Develop and implement company’s operational policies and procedures
• Review, monitor, and control operational performance reports to determine progress
• Participate in company planning and policy-making with CEO and COO
• Coordinate business initiatives and integrate people and processes across the company
• Delegate responsibilities efficiently
• Ensure the highest sales and profitability with maximum customer satisfaction
