Boutiqaat is seeking a Junior Operations Engineer in Kuwait to learn and contribute to daily logistics, inventory, and supply chain tasks. You will assist in forecasting, tracking shipments, and improving fulfillment processes within a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven improvements, and hands-on exposure to ERP/WMS systems while supporting cross-functional teams and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in operations preferred but not required.
• Basic Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data validation) and ERP/WMS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely receipt of goods and accurate receiving records.
• Track stock, flag discrepancies, and support forecasting efforts.
• Support accurate order fulfillment and improve packing workflows.
• Assist in tracking shipments and planning delivery routes.
• Monitor performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain stock accuracy using FIFO/FEFO.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Help ensure goods arrive on time and are properly received.
• Track products, flag discrepancies like expiry dates or damages, and support forecasting efforts.
• Support timely, accurate order fulfillment and improve packing and sorting workflows.
• Help shorten delivery times and boost customer satisfaction.
• Assist in tracking shipments and planning efficient delivery routes.
• Monitor logistics performance and spot cost‑saving opportunities.
• Track stock movements, assist in replenishment, and keep inventory up to date.
• Help maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts, using FIFO and FEFO methods.
• Assist with daily operational tasks across departments.
• Prepare reports on performance metrics and progress.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth workflows and clear communication.
• Participate in training sessions to build your skills and expertise.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 0–1-year experience in operations (preferred but not required).
• Basic Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data validation). ERP or WMS experience is a bonus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn, a sharp eye for detail, and a collaborative spirit.
• Ability to analyze data trends and support process improvements.
• Clear communicator who enjoys working in a team environment.
• Enthusiasm for adapting and growing in a fast‑changing operational setting.
• Basic understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement concepts is a plus.
