Operation Coordinator Required In Kuwait City Having Experience. we need junior logistics & operation coordinator to: Assist in coordinating and tracking shipments from domestic and international suppliers. Support with customs documentation and compliance for international shipments. Monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery. Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, and warehouse teams.

Order Management: Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Confirm order details and lead times with customers and internal teams. Track order status and update customers on delivery timelines. Purchasing & International Ordering: Place purchase orders with overseas suppliers. Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and delivery timelines. Follow up on international orders to ensure on-time shipment. Inventory Management: Assist with stock level monitoring and inventory reconciliation.

Support stock counting, audits, and reporting. Update inventory records. Communication & Coordination: Serve as a communication link between customers, suppliers, and internal departments. Prepare and share relevant shipping and inventory reports. Address inquiries or issues related to orders, deliveries, or stock.

Requirements: 0–2 years of relevant work experience Good written and verbal communication in English. (Additional languages are a plus.) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
