Job summary

Anton Oilfield Services Group is seeking a Laboratory Technician in Kuwait to perform sampling, preparation, and detailed chemical testing across oil, gas, water, and process streams. You will support analyses, generate technical reports, and communicate results to senior staff.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Chemical or Petrochemical Engineering with at least five years of experience in the oil and gas sector, emphasizing lab safety and procedure adherence.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience conducting chemical experiments, testing, and analysis in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refining, or related industry.
• Experience in oil and gas analysis, water quality testing, chemical preparation, and refining processes.
• Strong analytical, technical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of laboratory procedures, risk assessment, and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Collect, prepare, and test samples according to laboratory procedures.
• Conduct chemical testing and analysis of oil, gas, water, and process samples.
• Provide technical support for laboratory testing and analysis activities.
• Analyze and present test results to senior personnel.
• Prepare technical reports, reviews, and summaries.
• Conduct laboratory risk assessments and follow safe working practices.
• Maintain laboratory supplies, equipment, and stock levels.
• Order required materials and resources to support laboratory operations.
