Job summary

Anton Oilfield Services Group is seeking a Process Engineer in Kuwait to monitor and optimize process facilities, provide guidance on safety and risk, and analyze data to drive improvements. The role requires a strong background in process engineering within Oil & Gas and at least 8 years of relevant experience.

You will work with operations and control room teams to ensure safe, efficient plant operations, drive optimization, and prepare technical reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Process industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar process engineering or operations support role.
• Strong knowledge of process engineering principles and production optimization.
• Experience analyzing plant performance data and troubleshooting process issues.
• Strong understanding of process safety management and operational risk control.
• Experience working with industrial process control and plant operations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize the performance and efficiency of process equipment and production facilities.
• Provide technical guidance on process safety and operational risk management.
• Analyze laboratory and plant operating data to identify performance improvements and operational issues.
• Coordinate closely with operations and control room personnel to support safe and efficient plant operations.
• Monitor process parameters and recommend corrective actions to optimize production performance.
• Support troubleshooting, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare technical reports and provide recommendations to improve process reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and engineering best practices.
