Job summary

ADES - Advanced Energy Systems in Kuwait is seeking a Rig Lifting & Sl ing Technician to perform lifting, rigging and slinging of loads, plus housekeeping, painting and minor repairs to maintain safe, efficient operations. You will assist drilling crews and other rig departments, comply with safe practices, and help prepare gear for moves and operations, including tagging, inspections and proper storage.

Educational requirement: high school or technical diploma; age 20–27; basic English;

Qualifications

• High School or Technical Degree is required.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in Oil and Gas environments.
• Minimum age 20 years, up to 27 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform general duties to meet safety, operating expectations and rig housekeeping.
• Assist drilling crews and other rig departments as needed.
• Follow safe rigging and slinging practices and ensure proper loads handling.
• Carry out rig moves preparation and assist in drilling/work-over operations.
• Maintain lifting equipment, storage and housekeeping in work areas.
