Office Manager Position - Al-Kuwait

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager for our Al-Kuwait branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes overseeing the administrative staff, coordinating office activities, maintaining records, and managing office supplies. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and a strong customer service orientation.

The salary for this position is 900 per month. We are open to considering immigrant candidates with minimal work experience. However, we do expect candidates to have a good understanding of office management processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage all administrative tasks in the office
  2. Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the office
  3. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
  4. Maintain records of all transactions within the office
  5. Monitor inventory levels and order new supplies as needed
  6. Ensure that all equipment is in working order
  7. Develop systems to improve office efficiency
