Office Assistant (Indian Nationals Preferred) - Al-Kuwait, Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment. The role involves providing administrative support to the office staff in day-to-day activities.

The successful candidate must be an Indian national or have strong command of English language, and experience in a remote work environment is preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Handle incoming phone calls and other forms of inquiries from clients/suppliers
  • Organize travel arrangements for office personnel
  • Update office policies as necessary
  • Maintain filing system by organizing documents according to the established guidelines
  • Assist with other administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, etc.
  • Support staff in daily administrative tasks
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets)
