Job Details

• Offered Salary: US$35 to US$45 per hour. Nurses have the opportunity to pick up additional shifts (overtime).

Responsibilities

• Assessing patients' medical conditions, recording their medical history, and conducting physical examinations.
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans for patients, including administering medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Monitoring patients' vital signs and health status, identifying any changes or deterioration, and taking appropriate action.

Documentation

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, medications, and any interventions performed.
• Recording observations, assessments, and care provided during shifts.
• Collaborating with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
• Participating in interdisciplinary rounds and team meetings to discuss patient progress and care plans.

Salary and Benefits

• Can sponsor spouse and children (under the age of 21). Facility provided by client; charges for family sponsorship to be borne by the applicant.
