Job description

Staff Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team in Hawalli. As a nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality care to patients and assisting with their physical and emotional needs. This position is open to Indian nationals, and we welcome English-speaking applicants.

Responsibilities:
- Perform nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate patient records and document all care provided
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
- Adhere to all ethical, legal, and regulatory standards of nursing practice

Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Valid nursing license from country of origin
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Compassionate, empathetic, and able to provide emotional support to patients
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
