Network Administrators work in a team environment on routine maintenance tasks as well as provide customers with solutions to more complex issues. Network Administrators (NA) troubleshoot network problems, outages, and anomalies as required. This includes the gathering of all pertinent information about the problem and knowing which related work centers or sites should be involved. Knowledge of sub-netting, switching, and Cisco IOS is essential. NAs have a background and are knowledgeable in network security procedures and are responsible for reporting all pertinent information about any anomalies on the network. Program: OMDAC-SWACA.
