Job description

A prestigious, independent international school in Kuwait is seeking a passionate and experienced IGCSE / A Level Music Teacher to join its dynamic team from September 2025. This large and well-established school follows the British Curriculum and provides an exceptional teaching and learning environment for over 1,500 students from a diverse international background.

The Role

The ideal candidate will deliver engaging and inspiring Music lessons at IGCSE and A Level, contribute to the school's rich co-curricular programme, and play an active role in the life of the school community.

  • Must be trained in the UK education system and hold UK Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)
  • Native English speaker with British nationality
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant education major is required
  • 3–5 years of experience teaching the British Curriculum (specifically IGCSE and A Level Music)
  • A Master’s Degree is preferred
  • Recognised teaching certifications are an advantage
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching and contributing to wider school activities
