Role: MOD Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for both small and large-scale modernization projects within the elevator industry.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct client meetings to understand needs, present tailored solutions, and assist with capital expenditure (Capex) planning to optimize investments.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with the factory and technical teams to develop temporary and permanent solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Project Management: Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service and long-term partnerships.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
  • KFF Grade 1 Certification: Mandatory certification for this role.
  • Industry Experience: Proven experience in the elevator industry, with a strong understanding of modernization processes.
  • Sales Expertise: Demonstrated history of winning both small and large-scale projects, with a track record of successful sales.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to develop innovative solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage actively with clients and colleagues.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly active and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
