Job summary

Amentum seeks an experienced QA lead to manage and implement the quality system for the KAF Metrology Program in Kuwait City. You will ensure compliance with ISO 17025 and maintain the laboratory quality manual and directives, coordinating with management and technical staff across the QA function.

Responsibilities include trend analysis, QA program development, and ensuring an integrated effort among QA supervisors and inspectors.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in engineering/engineering tech/physics required with 10+ years field experience.
• Includes qualification requirement OR completion of military calibration program with 12 years experience in calibration field and QA.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ISO 17025 calibration lab compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the quality system and its implementation for the KAF Metrology Program.
• Exercise independent judgment on ISO 17025 and related QA documents.
• Perform quarterly trend analysis and maintain QA program documentation.

Education

Associate's degree in engineering, engineering technology, physics or related technical field

Completion of U.S. military precision measurement and calibration program or equivalent

Demonstrated knowledge of calibration laboratory compliance and ISO 17025
