Merchandiser

We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Merchandisers to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and promoting our products in retail stores. This position is open to both Indian and Pakistani nationals, with no English language requirement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to plan and execute product displays in retail stores
• Ensure all products are properly stocked, priced, and displayed according to company standards
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store managers to ensure timely restocking
• Set up promotional displays and signage to attract customers and increase sales
• Conduct market research to identify current trends and customer preferences
• Communicate with store managers about product feedback, sales performance, and any issues that may arise
• Travel between stores within Al-Kuwait as needed to perform merchandising duties

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry is preferred
• Knowledge of merchandising techniques, trends, and best practices
• Strong communication skills in Hindi or Urdu
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Physically able to lift up to 25lbs and stand for extended periods of time
• Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation
