Overview

Merchandiser
Location: Al-Kuwait, Kuwait

We are currently hiring a Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted in the most effective way to increase sales and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Set up displays and arrange products in an attractive and organized manner
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the sales team to ensure product availability
• Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and competition
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies
• Train and educate store staff on product features and benefits
• Ensure that all products have correct pricing and information displayed
• Perform regular store visits to check on product displays and availability
• Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to increase sales opportunities
• Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or Malayalam is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of retail industry trends and consumer behavior
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Physically fit to lift, move, and arrange product displays as needed
• Availability for full-time work without accommodation
