Overview

Merchandiser for Indian Nationals in Kuwait

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability of our products in the Kuwait market.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
• Create product displays and arrange merchandise in attractive ways to promote sales
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and quantities for products
• Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Develop promotional strategies and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns
• Build strong relationships with key clients and maintain excellent customer service standards

Requirements

• Indian national, preferably with experience working in Kuwait or the Middle East region
• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
• Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, pricing strategies, and marketing techniques
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel within Kuwait when necessary
