Job summary

Overview

Job Title: Medical Assistant
Location: Al-Kuwait, Kuwait
Salary: 1400

We are looking for a Medical Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position will provide support to our medical staff and ensure the smooth running of our clinic. The successful candidate should be able to work independently and possess excellent communication skills. Additionally, they must have a commitment to providing excellent patient care and be comfortable working with a diverse group of individuals. We are willing to consider foreign applicants for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Greet patients upon arrival at the clinic and collect all necessary information (e.g., name, contact information, insurance information)
  • Assist medical staff in examining and treating patients by performing routine tasks such as taking vital signs, drawing blood, administering injections, preparing lab specimens for testing, etc.
  • Schedule patient appointments and other activities related to the clinic’s operations
  • Maintain files and records of patient care
  • Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment
  • Answer phone calls from patients and other external contacts
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or certification in medical assisting preferred
  • Previous experience as a medical assistant preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately
