Mathematics Foundation Program Instructor (Full-time)

American International University (AIU) in Kuwait is seeking a dynamic and engaged full-time faculty member for its Mathematics Foundation Program for the 2025-2026 academic year. We welcome candidates committed to instructional excellence and student success.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide face-to-face instruction to AIU students, including planning and preparing lessons for assigned preparatory math courses.
• Maintain accurate records of grades and attendance.
• Collaborate with course coordinators to ensure course objectives are met.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and well-planned lessons using diverse teaching resources and styles appropriate to the subject.
• Participate in curriculum development and creation of high-quality teaching materials.
• Create a positive, engaging learning environment conducive to student success.
• Maintain prompt and accurate records of student achievements and assessment results, complying with AIU policies and record management systems.
• Handle a fast-paced, high-volume workload effectively.
• Utilize and update course management systems.
• Be a team player with strong leadership skills and a high-energy, positive attitude.
• Support departmental assessment and contribute to academic planning and strategic development.
