An established industry player is seeking a Marketing & Media Supervisor to lead and coordinate the marketing efforts for community events. This role involves strategic planning, media production oversight, and collaboration with various departments to enhance community engagement. This position will be physically located in Kuwait in support of LOGCAP.
Under the supervision of the Service Support Manager, the Marketing & Media Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising the day-to-day operations, future planning, and program development of the MWR Marketing & Media operation.

Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: One-year related experience may substitute for one year of education if a degree is required. College degree or equivalent experience preferred. Ability to obtain a host country driver's license.
Experience: Progressive experience in corporate or community recreational marketing, knowledge of marketing principles, graphic design, publicity distribution, and media production. Demonstrated ability to provide technical recommendations on equipment and resource allocation. Three to six years of experience, including at least two years in a supervisory role. Strong organization and communication skills. Must be a U.S. citizen, capable of effective communication in English, both written and verbal, with a customer service background.
Skills: Excellent organizational skills; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Provides leadership, supervision, guidance, and direction to a multinational team supporting the MWR mission.
Must be capable of working in extreme weather conditions, including temperatures exceeding 120°F. Indoor and outdoor environments with harsh conditions, including hot, dry, desert environments, and industrial settings.
Light work, exerting up to 20 pounds occasionally, and 10 pounds frequently. May involve heavy lifting, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing or sitting, and working with potential exposure to physical, chemical, or biological agents. Use of PPE is required in some situations. Must comply with safety regulations and policies.
