Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to grow the app’s customer base and strengthen its market position. This role requires creativity, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to execute campaigns that resonate with diverse user segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Campaign Management
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, PR, partnerships, offline activations) coordinating with the marketing team.
  • Manage paid advertising coordinating with agency (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) to optimize acquisition and retention.
  • Brand & Communications
  • Build a strong and consistent brand identity across all channels.
  • Develop compelling content and oversee community engagement to drive awareness.
  • Growth & Analytics
  • Monitor KPIs (CAC, retention, engagement, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights.
  • Experiment with growth tactics, A/B testing, and user funnel optimization.
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with product, operations, and sales teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, influencers, and media partners.
Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in tech startups, mobile apps, or consumer products.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, performance marketing, and brand building.
