Are you a creative leader with a strong background in hospitality and F&B marketing? We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to elevate our brand presence, engage our guests, and drive revenue through innovative campaigns across our hotel and food & beverage outlets.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing the hotel’s annual marketing plan, with a strong focus on rooms, banquets, and F&B outlets.
  • Designing campaigns, promotions, and content to position our restaurants, lounges, and bars as leading destinations in Kuwait.
  • Managing digital and social media presence, ensuring brand alignment and maximum engagement.
  • Building and maintaining media, influencer, and community partnerships to strengthen visibility.
  • Working closely with Sales & Revenue teams to maximize ROI of promotions and events.
  • Monitoring competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Overseeing PR activities, photo/video shoots, collateral production, and brand activations.
  • Coordinating with Operations and F&B teams to support special events, seasonal offers, and guest engagement initiatives.
  • Preparing monthly performance reports, marketing analytics, and future action plans.
What we need from you
  • Candidate must be based in Kuwait with strong local market knowledge and networks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing experience in luxury hotels and the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns for restaurants, events, and hotels.
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, social media strategy, content marketing).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for hospitality and F&B trends.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
