JOB TITLE
Manager - People & Organisation | MAF Retail | Head Office Kuwait

ROLE SUMMARY
The Manager - People & Organisation is responsible for overseeing and managing the effective implementation of Kuwait, strategy & processes, programs and policies. The role holder is responsible for partnering with the Country Leadership team to build a high performing, lean and diverse organization, as well as an engaging and agile culture to drive a healthy and productive work environment.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Develop and implement People & Organization strategies in line with overall business and strategy
  • Build a high performing organisation by ensuring effective hiring, development, reward and retention of employees and deployment of talent management processes.
  • Continuously review workforce deployment to ensure optimal organisation design and staff cost.
  • Contribute to the implementation of all relevant P&O projects-initiated by P&O Center of Expertise and provide input based on business unit requirements
  • Partner with Total Rewards team to ensure roles are evaluated/graded correctly
  • Partner with functional leaders to forecast manpower needs and costs within Country and within the overall budget constraints.
  • Build an engaging culture and an agile work place to drive a healthy and productive work environment and high performance culture.
  • Advise and recommend updates policies and procedures; and ensure that all relevant stakeholders follow and implement the same


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
  • A minimum of 10 – 15 years of relevant experience within Human resources
  • Retail experince is a plus
  • Strategic thinking using employee insights and data to build relevant engagement strategies; translate these strategies into effective campaigns, programs and initiatives.
  • English & Arabic (Full professional proficiency - Required)
