Responsibilities

• Support the GM of M&A in executing corporate development initiatives, including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, and joint ventures.
• Ability to analyze businesses and perform valuations (DCF, comparable, etc.).
• Assist in preparing investment decks and presentations.
• Coordinate due diligence with internal teams and external advisors.
• Ensure compliance with Kuwait Companies Law No. 1 of 2016, CMA and CPA rules, and related regulations.
• Manage deal pipeline, documentation, and post-deal tracking.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to support transaction execution.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or CFA/CPA a plus).
