Managed Services Manager

Location: Kuwait

We’re looking for a results-driven and experienced Managed Services Manager to lead our First Line Maintenance (FLM) operations across critical telecom and infrastructure projects in Kuwait.

As part of the Managed Services Division, you’ll oversee end-to-end maintenance operations, ensure compliance with SLAs, optimize performance, and drive customer satisfaction — all while managing a skilled team on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the FLM team in maintaining Core Network Elements, Fiber & Access Networks, and Electrical Facilities.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor routine and emergency maintenance operations.
• Collaborate with the bidding and tendering team on project proposals and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with project KPIs, safety standards (HSE), and internal policies.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management for team members.
• Coordinate material requirements and procurement approvals.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s is a plus).
• Experience: 7+ years in telecom/infrastructure maintenance, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.
• Skills: Strong leadership, planning, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Language: Fluent in English and Arabic.
