Responsibilities
  • Conducting pre-employment and periodic health assessments, including physical exams, immunizations, and TB screenings.
  • Assessing employee health risks and hazards in the workplace.
  • Monitoring employee health status and identifying potential job-related health concerns.
  • Injury and Illness Management:
  • Providing first aid and emergency care for work-related injuries and illnesses.
  • Assessing and treating injuries and illnesses, including wound care and referrals.
  • Managing cases of work-related injuries or illnesses, including return-to-work planning.
  • Health Promotion and Education:
  • Developing and implementing health promotion programs and educational initiatives to improve employee well-being.
  • Providing health counseling and education on topics such as injury prevention, stress management, and ergonomics.
  • Administering immunizations and vaccinations to ensure compliance with occupational health standards.
  • Hazard Identification and Prevention:
  • Identifying and evaluating potential health and safety hazards in the workplace.
  • Developing and implementing safety training programs and protocols.
  • Collaborating with management, HR, and safety personnel to address workplace hazards and prevent incidents.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Record Keeping:
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential employee health records.
