- Assessing employee health risks and hazards in the workplace.

- Providing first aid and emergency care for work-related injuries and illnesses.
- Assessing and treating injuries and illnesses, including wound care and referrals.

- Developing and implementing health promotion programs and educational initiatives to improve employee well-being.
