You will plan menus, cook traditional Malayalee foods, supervise staff, and uphold strict hygiene and quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Malayalam language proficiency is required for seamless communication.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Malayalam language.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Chef focusing on Malayalee cuisine.
• Extensive knowledge of traditional Malayalee spices, ingredients and cooking techniques.
• Strong creativity to develop new dishes while honoring Malayalee cuisine.
• Excellent time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead and manage kitchen staff effectively.
• Valid work permit for Kuwait.

Responsibilities

• Plan menus and create new Malayalee dishes based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients.
• Prepare and cook traditional Malayalee dishes according to established recipes or your own creations.
• Supervise kitchen staff including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Ensure all food is prepared promptly while maintaining high quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene according to local health codes and train staff on safety procedures.
