Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Chef specializing in Malayalee cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of traditional Malayalee ingredients, spices, and cooking methods.
• Ability to create new dishes while staying true to the authenticity of the cuisine.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations.

As a Chef for our authentic Malayalee restaurant, you will be responsible for creating and executing traditional dishes from the Kerala region of India. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and passion for Malayalee cuisine.

Requirements:
