Maintenance Supervisor - UHT and Recombining

Job Duties Include But Are Not Limited To

• Direct and coordinate the operation of recombining processes.
• Ensure mechanical efficiency of the equipment.
• Ensure economical efficiency of the equipment.

Plant Maintenance Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize the preventive maintenance program in Maximo.
• Coordinate with production for executing preventive maintenance during daily meetings.
• Attend and analyze root causes for selective maintenance and breakdowns.
• Optimize recombining processes to achieve better efficiency and reduce wastage.
• Ensure critical parameters are maintained.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
• Plan, follow-up, and control scheduled works.
• Ensure preventive maintenance tasks are performed, and monitor the consumption of spare parts and materials in Maximo.
• Review and improve the preventive maintenance program according to local requirements.
• Direct shift engineers and technicians to sustain and improve efficiencies.
• Be accountable for the total efficiencies of recombining processes.
• Provide technical support to resolve issues in the section and other departments, including welders and machinists.
• Ensure the efficient operation of recombining, machine shop, welders' workshop, and BT transporters.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant hands-on professional experience.

Required Professional Skills

• Supervising skills.
• Experience in welding and fabrication management.
• Computer literacy in MS Office, Oracle, and related software.
• Training at an expert level in recombining processes.
• Basic knowledge of battery-operated transporters.
