Job description

we are seeking a results-driven Engineering Manager to lead our plant maintenance operations, implement reliability strategies, and ensure optimal asset performance across our production facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead preventive and reactive maintenance programs across mechanical and electrical systems
• Manage site repair budgets, downtime, and engineering KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, OEE)
• Drive asset care and engineering team performance
• Oversee compliance with HSE, quality, and audit standards
• Ensure availability of spare parts and coordinate with procurement and external suppliers
• Coach and lead a team of engineering supervisors and shift engineers

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience, with 5+ years in a supervisory/management role
• Strong technical knowledge of electromechanical systems, food manufacturing equipment, and preventive maintenance programs
• Proficient in asset care, OEE, and autonomous maintenance methodologies
• Strong leadership, team management, and project coordination skills
• Experience with HSE systems and regulatory compliance in plant settings
