Job Description: • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP systems, civil structures, kitchen equipment, furniture, and landscaping across all sites. • Manage all cleaning operations and teams, ensuring top hygiene standards across indoor, outdoor, and food prep areas. • Lead a team of 30+ staff across shifts, coordinate with vendors for specialized tasks, and promote a culture of efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement. • Ensure safety compliance, manage maintenance budgets and inventories, and maintain detailed records and reports for operational transparency and efficiency.

• Male, 40 years old and below • Advanced degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or related field • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role across F&B industry • Availability to oversee operations and respond to emergencies 24/7
