Job summary

AlSafe Finance Kuwait in Bayan, Kuwait is hiring a Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will operate and maintain drills, lathes, grinders and mills, reading blueprints to ensure accurate production and quality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator is preferred
• Familiarity with various types of machinery and their functions
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good physical stamina as the job requires standing for long periods of time
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machinery including drills, lathes, grinders and mills
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate production
• Inspect finished products for quality control and make necessary adjustments
• Monitor machine performance and report malfunctions or issues to supervisors
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
