Job summary

OceanWave Maritime in Kuwait is seeking a reliable Machine Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. You will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining various production machinery to meet targets.

The role requires basic technical literacy, strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work safely. The position is contract-based with a starting salary of $1200 per month and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a machine operator preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams.
• Physically fit with ability to lift heavy objects.
• Biometric passport preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery according to instructions and specifications.
• Monitor machine operations and adjust as needed.
• Troubleshoot production issues.
• Perform regular maintenance on machines.
• Maintain safety and a clean work area.
• Record production data including quantities produced and materials used.

• Perform regular maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Maintain accurate records of production data including quantities produced materials used and any issues encountered

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Machine Operator is preferred but not required
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams
• Strong mechanical aptitude with good troubleshooting skills
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
• Biometric passport is preferred but not required

This is a contract position with a starting salary of $1200 per month
