Position: Machine Operator
Location: Al-Kuwait, Kuwait
Salary: 1500

We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Machine Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machines to produce parts or products. You must have strong attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and the ability to work independently. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to determine the setup of the machine.
• Set up and adjust machine components according to specifications using hand tools and measuring instruments.
• Start machines and make test runs to verify accuracy of machine settings or programmed commands.
• Monitor production operations by observing control panels and equipment; make necessary changes if required.
• Clean machines or machine parts as needed using cleaning solutions and hand tools.
• Inspect parts for defects such as cracks, chips, burrs, etc., utilizing measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas by sweeping floors; disposing of scrap; emptying trash cans; organizing parts bins; removing oil spills; washing down equipment; cleaning fixtures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent certification
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specs & bills of materials
• Good manual dexterity & strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
