Job summary

Four Seasons Kuwait City is seeking a dedicated spa professional to deliver tranquil, high‑quality experiences for our guests. The role emphasizes luxury service, professional hygiene, and adherence to our standards of excellence in every interaction.

You will greet guests, escort them to changing rooms and treatment rooms, perform facial and body therapies, and stay informed about products and hotel services.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience within a high-end luxury spa, hotel, or resort.
• Proper license and qualifications are required.
• Solid knowledge of various treatment protocols.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organization skills, teamwork attitude, an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.

Responsibilities

• Provide an enjoyable, relaxed spa experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
• Greet guests with a warm smile and escort them to the changing room and to the treatment room. Ensure any treatment and shower room is set up and fully stocked complying with all company standards of service, hygiene and cleanliness.
• Perform all facial and body treatments according to established Four Seasons protocols, being knowledgeable about all Spa products and services offered. Be familiar with all Hotel services and facilities.
• Proven knowledge and experience with a variety of treatments including aromatherapy, reflexology, deep tissue, and Swedish are required.
• Read the guests and customize their service to ensure peace and relaxation.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Report any complaints to the management team.
• Upsell Spa products considering guests’ needs and departments sales targets. Maximize department revenue achieving sales targets set by the management team.
