Job summary

Al Tayer Insignia is seeking a Store Manager for SKIMS in Kuwait to lead and develop the store team, drive revenue, and maintain brand image and operational compliance. You will maximize sales opportunities, manage stock, and ensure exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment.

The role requires 5–7 years of profitable retail store leadership experience and a graduate degree in any discipline. A strong focus on brand standards and team development is essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all Company policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to.
• Ensure Company Health & Safety standards are adhered to at all times.
• Minimise stock loss through the management, implementation and adherence of ATG policies and procedures.
• Analyse stock management information available to ensure sales opportunities are maximised.
• Provide and analyse reports to gain an understanding of current performance trends, identify commercial opportunities, and ensure Buying/Planning teams are aware of stock-related feedback.
• Drive sales, monitor performance, identify commercial opportunities, and make recommendations to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Cultivate a culture of excellent customer service by leading by example and resolving customer complaints effectively and promptly.
• Prepare and implement stock takes in store in liaison with the Operations team.
• Establish and maintain effective professional relationships with key business partners.
• Understand customer profiles and ensure feedback is provided to Marketing, Buying, and Planning teams.
• Ensure Visual Merchandising standards are maintained within brand guidelines and that Company expectations regarding standards, maintenance, and cleanliness are implemented.
• Monitor sales per square foot to ensure maximum productivity within brand and store specifications.
• Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activity and provide feedback and recommendations to the Company.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members towards the achievement of goals and objectives
• Coach and motivate team to enhance performance and produce quality work, and ensure that they are continuously developed for higher level roles
