Job summary

Al Tayer Insignia seeks a Store Manager for SKIMS to lead the store team, drive revenue, uphold brand image, and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards. You will manage stock, analyse performance, and coordinate promotions to maximize opportunities.

Graduate in any discipline with 5–7 years of profitable retail store management experience is preferred; join a luxury retail group across the GCC and deliver outstanding customer service within brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all Company policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to.
• Ensure Company Health & Safety standards are adhered to at all times.
• Minimise stock loss through the management, implementation and adherence of ATG policies and procedures.
• Analyse stock management information available to ensure sales opportunities are maximised.
• Provide and analyse reports to gain an understanding of current performance trends, identify commercial opportunities, and ensure Buying/Planning teams are aware of stock-related feedback.
• Recommend and/or support sales promotions and brand activities through effective planning and preparation to meet expectations, and provide feedback to relevant parties.
• Drive sales, monitor performance, identify commercial opportunities, and make recommendations to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Prepare and implement stock takes in store in liaison with the Operations team.
• Establish and maintain effective professional relationships with key business partners.
• Understand customer profiles and ensure feedback is provided to Marketing, Buying, and Planning teams.
• Maintain Visual Merchandising to brand guidelines.
• Monitor sales per square foot for productivity.
• Monitor market trends and competitors; provide feedback.
