Job description

Reporting to the Logistic Operation Strategy team leader in Kuwait.

To ensure a positive takeaway experience for C-end customers, collaborate with product, research & development, and operation teams to validate the effectiveness of new product functions and strategy parameters through MVP. Develop relevant frontend, configuration systems, and notification functionalities.

Utilize current strategy tools and demand-supply forecasting results to create various SOPs for daily business operations. Continuously identify disadvantages of existing SOPs during practical application and improve D-end strategies to positively impact customer delivery experience.

Responsibilities include:

1. Developing long-term strategies such as rider recruitment, scheduling, job freezing, rider benefits, and work experience improvements.
2. Implementing short-term strategies like rider subsidies, delivery fee adjustments, store exposure range, and order ETA modifications.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 3 years of relevant work experience, targeting level L7 or above. Experience in delivery, rider management, logistics management, or related fields preferred.
• Proficiency in English communication in a work environment.
• Proficient in SQL for data querying.
