The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the distribution and management of office stationery, handling office furniture logistics (allocation, relocation, and disposal), managing branch closures and relocations, and ensuring proper tracking of fixed assets in line with the bank policies.
Responsibilities
- Stationery & Supplies Management
- Supervise the distribution of office stationery across all branches and departments.
- Monitor stock levels, reorder supplies, and control usage to optimize costs.
- Furniture Logistics
- Manage furniture allocation, relocation, and replacement requests.
- Coordinate with vendors for delivery, installation, and maintenance of furniture.
- Ensure efficient utilization of furniture assets across branches.
- Branch Closures & Relocations
- Plan and oversee logistics for branch closures and relocations.
- Supervise dismantling, transportation, and reinstallation of assets.
- Ensure safe handling and compliance with internal policies during branch transitions.
- Fixed Asset Management
- Maintain accurate records of all furniture and equipment assets.
- Conduct periodic physical verification of fixed assets.
- Coordinate with Finance/Procurement for disposal or write-off of obsolete assets.
- General Logistics Support
- Supervise logistics team and contractors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and approvals for all logistics activities.
- Support facility management projects when required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, facilities, or asset management.
- Knowledge of inventory control, asset tracking systems, and logistics operations.
