Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration required.
• 2+ years’ sales coordinator experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Freight forwarding application systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Update External clients with daily shipment status reports.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers to secure documents ahead of vessel arrival.
• Arrange delivery schedules with warehouse and transporters to minimize delays.
• Verify freight charges within the required timeframe.
• Maintain shipment visibility in internal tracking systems.
• Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support.
• Coordinate with sales team and handle important documents and information.
• Ensure adherence to laws and company policies.
