Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field preferred but not required.
• Proven experience in logistics coordination or similar role desirable but not essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Strong problem solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the flow of goods and services between clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage daily operations of the logistics department to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor shipment progress to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure accuracy of shipping documents such as invoices, bills, and customs documents.
• Troubleshoot issues related to order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipment tracking.
• Maintain records of all shipments and deliveries.
• Liaise with suppliers and clients regarding orders and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations within the organization.
