Job summary

Our Kuwait-based team is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage daily logistics operations, including order fulfillment, inventory control, and transportation management in Al-Kuwait.

The successful candidate will analyze delivery routes, negotiate with carriers, monitor shipments, and implement strategies to reduce costs while maintaining service levels. At least one year of relevant experience and proficiency in MS Excel are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a logistics role.
• Good knowledge of warehousing and distribution processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day logistics operations.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Monitor inventory levels and arrange restocking as needed.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, carriers and vendors for competitive rates.
• Develop strategies to reduce transportation costs while meeting customer requirements.
• Monitor shipment schedules and resolve delays or issues in transit.
• Maintain records of all shipments including tracking numbers and carriers.
