We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire logistics process from ordering and shipping of goods to customer satisfaction. You should have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate the entire logistics process including ordering, packaging, warehousing, shipping, and customer service.
2. Track inventory levels and ensure accuracy of orders.
3. Monitor customer feedback and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
4. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
5. Negotiate with suppliers for the best prices and terms of delivery.
6. Monitor shipments and ensure on-time delivery of goods.
7. Maintain records of all transactions in an organized manner.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role.
3. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
5. Strong communication skills with customers, vendors, suppliers, etc.
