Job description

Overview

Under the United States (U.S.) Army INSCOM GILE program, Team V2X provides global engineering, facilities, sustainment, and maintenance of intelligence systems, integrating new technologies to support INSCOM, ARCYBER, Army Intelligence, and other entities. The team enables INSCOM’s mission to anticipate requirements and employ innovative techniques to equip and sustain personnel, systems, and facilities across multiple locations.

This position is located at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait.

This position is contingent upon successful contract award to V2X.

Responsibilities
  1. Analyze phases of provisioning, spares, or maintenance activities for one or more programs.
  2. Conduct inventory, distribution, and network studies; monitor inventory; develop strategies for delivery times.
  3. Collect and process data; develop supply chain reports and metrics for management.
  4. Identify and develop cost-effective procedures; recommend process improvements.
  5. Monitor environmental and internal trends for SWOT analysis in the supply chain.
  6. Analyze end-to-end performance; track and report material flow and ensure proper delivery, receipt, and payment processes.
  7. Monitor inventory; develop strategies to meet delivery and order fill goals.
  8. Support projects, new business opportunities, and proposals with analytical data.
  9. Coordinate logistics activities with internal and external customers.
  10. Serve as point of contact for order status and supply chain queries.
  11. Engage with customers to understand distribution networks.
  12. Participate in task forces to improve supply chain performance.
  13. Develop and refine internal analysis tools.
  14. Provide leadership and guidance to analysts.
  15. Maintain knowledge of shipping, receiving, storing, issuing, and stock control procedures.
  16. Establish and maintain stock and inventory records.
  17. Verify received quantities against documentation.
  18. Manage incoming supplies and equipment.
  19. Standardize maintenance data collection and improve data quality.
  20. Manage deployment and redeployment of personnel and equipment.
Qualifications

Education / Certifications:

  • Associates Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field with 5 years of military logistics experience, OR
  • Civilian equivalent training with 8 years of experience.

Security Clearance Requirement:

  • U.S. Citizen with Final Top-Secret Clearance (Tier 5) and eligibility for SCI access per ICD 704.
  • Some roles may require a Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph, especially for access to TDN2.
