India Abroad is seeking a Loader Supervisor for our warehouse in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. The role requires overseeing loading and unloading operations and leading a team of loaders to ensure timely, accurate work.

The ideal candidate will be an Indian national with strong English skills, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and the physical capability to handle heavy lifting in a fast-paced environment. The position includes accommodation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise the loading and unloading of goods from trucks, ensuring safe handling and proper placement within the warehouse.
• Assign tasks to loaders and monitor their performance to ensure timely completion.
• Train new loaders on standard operating procedures for loading and unloading different types of goods.
• Maintain inventory records for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of goods in and out of the warehouse.
• Conduct regular safety checks on equipment used for loading and report any malfunctions or damages.
• Prepare reports on daily operations, including productivity, inventory levels, and any issues encountered during loading or unloading.

Loader Supervisor

The Loader Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of goods and materials at our warehouse in Al Ahmadi. This position is open to Indian nationals with proficiency in English and a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month, inclusive of accommodation.
